You don't have to battle with yourself in order to get what you want, but rather learn to understand your desires, needs, and goals, and then strike a balance between them. If you take the hypnotherapy approach, you will simply be in charge of the way you eat, your weight, your way. You will have installed healthy habits in the way you live, and you'll have removed the self-destructive activities which were doing you damage in the first place.

How many sessions will it take?
This will depend upon your individual circumstances, although the average number
of 1-hour sessions for weight control tends to be between three and six.
